My background started in visual design, branding, motion, and illustration, which shaped a strong sensitivity to narrative, detail, and context.
Away from screens, I usually return to tactile forms of thinking: drawing, mark-making, writing, and documenting what I notice. Travelling has strengthened that habit. Observing unfamiliar places, systems, rituals, and conversations has made me more aware of how differently people interact with the world — and how easily bias and assumptions can shape that interaction.
That way of observing carries directly into my UX practice. I'm often the translator in the room: connecting business goals, user needs, and delivery constraints, then turning the messy middle into clear product direction.
